When you are scheduled for a shift that you can not work, you can offer this on the 'shift marketplace'. 

  1. Click on the shift and go to the button 'Aanbieden op dienstenmarktplaats'.

  2. The next screen shows the employees that you can offer this shift.

  3. Whenever employees responded to your shift offer, you will receive an email notification. 

Depending on the settings in your L1NDA account, you can only offer shifts until 2 days before the shift starts. In case you want to offer a shift and you do not have this option anymore, it is best to discuss this with your manager.

Employees that added their unavailability or are Unproductive (holiday, special leave etc.) will not receive an email about this shift exchange.
