L1NDA has a number of contract types:
Variable contact
Fixed hours contract
The L1NDA support team creates these contract types for you as a service for you. You submit this request by sending an email to support@l1nda.com. We have a number of options for you, so that you can keep the correct data.
Variable contact
We usually refer to this contract type as Uurloner. By default, this contract type only keeps track of the hours worked. For example, if you use an integration with a payroll package, this can be called Nmbrs® Uurloner. If you need a new variable contract type, you can choose the following settings.
Whether or not to accrue vacation based on the hours worked
Send worked hours to a payroll package
Granting allowance and / or sending them to a payroll package
Fixed hours contract
This contract type always takes Surplus / shortfall hours into account. Holiday hours are also accrued by default. You can also choose the following settings.
Whether or not to build up a holiday hours
Granting allowance and / or sending them to a payroll package
Sending unproductive hours to a payroll package
Send plus hours to a payroll package
You assign contract types to individual employees. In this way you ensure that contractual agreements that you have with employees can be applied in L1NDA.
💡 Tip: Are you dealing, for example, with an intern? Request a separate contract type for this. That way you can also request these hours separately in the Hour registration and these hours are not sent to a payroll package.
