How can I add an employee in L1NDA? This article describes how you can add an employee in L1NDA.

Please take the following steps: 

  1. Click on the L1NDA-logo and go to Staff. 

  2. Click on the icon on the rop right with a Plus-sign. 

  3. The following video shows how you can add an employee: 

When you've added a new employee in L1NDA Planner, he or she will receive an email that explains how to make login details and to install the L1NDA App. 

The nickname is the name that you can find in the schedule. In case you have 2 employee with the same name you can add: Nikki A and Nikki B so you do not mix these employees up while making your schedule.

It is important to add every employee to a team, so you can schedule the right employees in the right schedule-layer.
