How can I set rules for clocking?

 If you use a link with a clock case or cash register with clock option, there is the possibility to set rules in L1NDA that she then uses when clocking.

The possibilities:

  • The planned start time can be adhered to when an employee clocks in for the planned start time.

  • Rounding hours is also possible, both for clocking in and clocking out. For example, this can be done in 15 minutes, 5 minutes or per half hour. We can also specify this.

    If you clock in too late, L1NDA can round it to the disadvantage of the employee by rounding up 5 minutes. If an employee clocks in at 9:02 AM while he/she was scheduled to start at 9:00 AM, the start time is changed to 9:05 AM.
    As you understand, more combinations and settings are available. It's up to you to decide how you want L1NDA to take over the clocked times. Let us know which rules you want to apply.

The scheduled time always remains visible in the day view, here you see the planned time next to the clocked time. You can also find the exactly clocked time in the logbook of a service.
