How does L1NDA Planner retrieve contract data from Nmbrs®?

How does L1NDA Planner retrieve contract data from Nmbrs®? L1NDA Planner synchronizes specific fields from Nmbrs®. Here you can read which fields apply to the contract data.

With the integration between L1NDA Planner and Nmbrs®, data of employees is retrieved from Nmbrs®. In addition to the salary, the name and address details and the staff number, the start and end dates of their current contract are also retrieved from Nmbrs®.

Start date
First of all it is important to take into account that L1NDA Planner looks at the current period before the start date of the contract. If the current period as below is 2017-2-M, this means that the data from period 2 is important for importing contract data.

Start date contract

L1NDA Planner synchronizes the contract start date field with Nmbrs® to the contract start date field in L1NDA Planner:

Now we will perform the synchronization and we will retrieve this employee from Nmbrs®.

As we can see the start date of the contract in L1NDA Planner is the start date of the salary in Nmbrs® and the old contract is closed:

End date

If we now perform the synchronization, we will see that the end date is determined on the basis of the last known contract end date from Nmbrs®.

An employee leaves the company

If an employee ends the employment, it is important to deactivate the employee in L1NDA Planner and report out of employment in Nmbrs®.

Read here how to deactivate an employee in L1NDA Planner.

The Uit dienst date must be entered in Nmbrs®. The end date of the contract is not enough to make the employees no longer visible during the synchronization.
